The side streets of Paris are the place of the lost, the searching and the travelling artists. Here, a voice begins to grow that will later move the world: small in stature, great in expression, and full of contradictions.
PIAF À PARIS is not a polished biography. The show approaches Édith Piaf through her music, her ruptures and the people around her. From individual scenes emerges a poetic mosaic of melancholy, passion and resilience.
When a chanson becomes a stage set
Piaf’s songs carry the show’s emotional movement. Acrobatics, dance and acting open spaces in which her inner world becomes physically visible.
The result crosses genre boundaries: concert, theatre and variety meld into a story that speaks not only about Édith Piaf, but about the longing to be heard and loved.
